About Me
I was born in 1979 in Russia and graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Conservatory in 2002 with a specialisation in piano performance. In 2004, I completed an assistant internship as a collaborative pianist.
From 2013 to 2022, I worked at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory and the Mariinsky Theatre, and was a resident pianist for several major Russian festivals, including the Ildar Abdrazakov Festival and Teodor Currentzis’ Diaghilev Festival and The International Tchaikovsky Competition. On March 6, 2022, I relocated from Saint Petersburg to Baku, Azerbaijan, following the outbreak of military action in Ukraine. Since June 2024, I have been based in London, continuing my artistic and educational work with singers and instrumentalists.
At present, I work in London as a Russian repertoire coach (Garsington Opera, Guildhall School of Music & Drama), a collaborative pianist (performing with singers, offering vocal coaching, and chamber music collaborations), and a piano teacher.
I’m always open to new collaborations and musical projects.
